Our story begins in 1994, when the business established itself on the Isle of Anglesey as a civil engineering and building company.

The venture was born out of the intuition of three brothers who had a vision to introduce a company that would offer professional assistance to customers, build partnerships within the community, and provide a quality service based on the core values of teamwork, commitment and integrity.

Following the initial years of successful trading, our small family business became a recognised and well-respected company and developed strong relationships with our clients, many of which we continue to do business with us to this day.

By 2004, we became incorporated and settled in the picturesque town of Menai Bridge. As the company continued to grow and develop, we achieved accreditation to many leading industry health and safety standards, and in 2013 became accredited to ISO 9001 for our quality management system; which provides our clients with the reassurance that their project will be delivered within a measured and professional manner.

In 2016, we successfully endured a re-organisation and re-structuring process following the retirement of the Managing Director and founder David Titchiner.
Following the re-structure, the company merged and integrated its staff, assets and business with its long-standing sister company M&B Contractors Ltd.

Deeply rooted in the company’s DNA is the principles and aesthetic understanding of tradition, continuity and a great attention to detail. Whilst the company has grown considerably over the past 25 years, the family ethos and friendly approach remains. The story and chapter of the family business is moving forward, and the same dedication and long-term vision will be preserved.

An exciting new venture for 2019 brings to fruition our new homes division, a new subsidiary arm of the group which will look to build new modern homes and apartments to both the affordable and luxury property markets. We are extremely passionate and enthusiastic about the project and very much looking forward to the future.
